Sit in meditation.

The door of the heart opens to the inner world.
After that, 
nothing is ever the same.
The knots around your life, 
all the reasons for doing and not doing,
loosen and fall away.
Then, there comes the glorious choice.
Some close the door and try to go back 
to an anxious way of pretending they don't know.
Others leave the door wide open and
walk through it to a new life,
full of wonders,
only now perceived.
Sit in meditation.
