Our daily meditation practice makes us aware of the contents of our mind 
and gives us the power to change what goes on in the mind. When we catch ourselves complaining about what we don't have we can recall the principle that 'like attracts like.' Thoughts of lack attract that experience in the real world. A strong gratitude practice reminds us of what we do have and attracts abundance in an entirely graceful way.
