It is helpful to examine how much of our time we spend living entirely in the present. How liberating it would be to never worry about the future or regret the past. Even in the midst of activity, it is amazing how much of the time we can all spend thinking about something else. Do you think you can be present when looking at a phone, a tablet or a TV screen?
